The Construction Regulations were published under Notice R 84 of Government Gazette Ref 37305 on 7 Feb 2014 in terms section 43 of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (Act No 85 of 1993)
The regulations are applicatble to all persons involved in construction work as defined.
