The Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) took effect on 1 July 2020 and enforcement commenced today, 1 July 2021.

The MBA has always regarded the confidentiality of our members personal and company information as of paramount importance and we will continue to take all reasonable steps to maintain the security, integrity and privacy of any information in accordance with our Privacy Policy attached hereto.
