Scaffold Erector / Inspector:
As per CR 16 (1) – A contractor must ensure that all Scaffold Erectors, Team Leaders and Inspectors are “competent” to carry out their work.
Health & Safety Representative:
Section 17: (Every employee who has 21 or more employees at any workplace, should designate in writing, for a specific period, health and safety representative for such workplace, or sections thereof.)
