Health & Safety Representative:
Section 17: (Every employee who has 21 or more employees at any workplace, should designate in writing, for a specific period, health and safety representative for such workplace, or sections thereof.)
Working at Heights:
As per Construction Regulations (CR) 10 (2)(c) - A programme for the training of employees working from a fall risk position must be implemented and records kept. The OHS Act and Construction Regulations require all Employers to train and equip their employees with all measures to perform their work safely and provide a safe working environment.
