The Minister of Employment and Labour has published the draft Construction Regulations, 2024 for public comment in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
The MBA will be reviewing the draft regulations and preparing a submission to the Minister on behalf of our members as necessary.
A copy of the draft regulations are provided for download below and members are invited to submit their queries or comments to our MBA Health & Safety Manager, Diona Vermaak, by no later than 31 May 2025
